I want to get a Tattoo, what do I need to know before I get to the store?

Can I get a Tattoo or Piercing if I am under 18?
If you are under 18 you must have our "NOTARY" form (found here) signed by a guardian and notarized BEFORE you come to the store for your Tattoo or Piercing.
